There was a post about this a little while ago and in that post it was said that the ASP pulley has to be machined. There is even a picture.
Speed Inc. installed mine and they told the guy who posted that they have to machine the pulley for clearance.

I just installed this combo on my C5 and had to machine the pulley to compensate for the oil pump spacers. I've heard f-bodies don't have this issue.
The spacers on the Roll Master are 3mm thick, pushing the oil pump foward toward the rear of the pulley hub a like amount, so, on the C5, the pulley hub minor outside diameter needs to be machined back 0.125" (1/8") since the oil pump body will interfere with the pulley rotation at the oil seal diameter of the pulley. It's an easy modification any competent machine shop can do. Just make sure they indicate off the diameter so they maintain the pulley's balance when they turn it.
