How about we try and figure out why this happened, not why someone said or did this and that. The number #7 is broken. Why? 90% because it was too lean. Why could it have been too lean, is the question. I'd call up the tuner and ask him to send the tune file to you, for starters. Then have someone who knows what they're doing to check it out. That will show any anomalies that stick out. If nothing sticks out in the tune, it could very well have been that the #7 injector was plugged or fubar'ed. You could then have your injectors flow tested if you wanted to. You can go to great depths to figure out why this happened, but hopefully it's something that is quite apparent.
