We're well into installing a cam into a C5. Just like my Trans Am, we have the front end off. Radiator and most of the accessories that are in the way. However the steering rack is right in front of the crank pulley. What's the best way to get that out? It seems that the brake control unit is right in the way. I really don't want to mess with that unit if I can get away with it. If someone can give me a quick run down on how they did theirs I'd appreciate it. I just don't want to do too much work only to find out that it wasn't necessary!
