I just went through the same decision.Ended up choosing the TR224 on 112 because the low end drivability and more power on the low rpms. From what I see the only advantage of the 230/224 is from 6200 rpm and up.

HHmmmm I'd like to hear from jason99ta. My car is not a daily driver. I don't care about emmissions, or fuel consumption. I'll also add my sig for reference.

I've had them both. Swapped the TR 224/224 112LSA for a TR 230/224 111 LSA cam on the same dyno on the same day. Click here for the dyno:
www.converter.cc/TR230-224dyno.jpg

Bottom line, the 224 was only slightly better up to 5500 rpms, then the 230 cam blew it away...especially above 6600 rpms.

Those two cams look oddly familiar! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Depends on what your desires and goals are for your car, but personally, I'd go with the big reverse-split. Jason99T/A should be able to tell you everything you'd need to know since he ran both cams for a while and was the first one to make the switch. Take care!
