Default TSP Heads & Cam Packages, which is best for me?

Help me finalize my top end build. Im using a freshened up bottom end with H beams and some mahle flat top pistons, nothings forged, nothing radical, just mostly a stronger replacement.
Anyhow

Which would be best for my setup? I want 400-450rwhp, and im using the 228R cam. (228/228 .588/.588 112lsa)

They have the stage 1.0 ported LS6 heads or the stage 2.5 P&P 5.3L heads. I know the 5.3's will raise my compression some but which one will give the most power, and most useable power (the 228R's power range is 1600-6300)?

Personally I'd do the 5.3 heads & either the 224 or 228 cam. That should net you around 410-420 RWHP with a very nice curve & a little more compression.

At the end of June I'm doin a set of 5.3 heads from Bo White, Lingenfelter intake, BO TB & 224/.581 114 cam. Mine is a daily driver so this should make for a easy on the valvetrain set-up & make enough power to run a decent time.
