Default Wierdest, coolest taco bell trip ever WITH PICS (LS1 related)

So I was hungry this evening, and ran to get some tacos. I parked, and looked ahead through the bushes at the edge of the parking lot. I saw this sitting next to the dumpster. I ran in, got my food, and ran outside to get a better look. I threw it in the back of my Jeep, and here it is. Notice the lack of holes for any covers, lifters, main caps, water pump, engine mounts, etc. Wierd huh? And why was it behind Taco bell?

Well, actually it was on a pallet with some trash next to the dumpster at the lawyers office next door, but yes.

There seems to be all kinds of that stuff in your area, a buddy of mine found some plastic intake pieces in a dumpster almost 4 years ago, turned out to be the parts for a LS7 intake.

I would expect it was a setup piece.

Looks like someone messed up on something during production casting and wanted to dump the evidence?

Mock up blocks are plastic, and have all the holes for everything. Plus it has a big gm stamp on the side.

Well a quick google says there's a "GM Power Train Engine Plant" 1 mile from Livonia.

Intriguing to say the least. Also awesome.
