Default Crank Bearings Bad?

So ive been rebuilding my block from top to bottom and realised i needed to change the cam bearings as well. the local machine shops all swear they cant change the cam bearings unless the motor is completely apart. realizing i had already installed the crank and touqred it down i was pissed, but none the less pulled it back out. upon doing so i noticed some unusual wear on my bearings to say the only wear would be from me free spinning it on the engine stand. pics below show what i mean.

the bottom bearings(main cap bearings) are totally fine in comparison. every bearings and surface was cleaned with solvent and let air dry. no dirt was allowed to settle on them since they sat in solvent till they were pulled to be installed. all were lubed down etc. im just baffled really.

what could cause this? improper touqre? bad clearances? bad bearings? or are they fine and im just overacting to something that they should be doing?
