Default 5.3 or LS6 Heads?

Ok I have a GMPP's ASA cam(I know, I know) and I was wonding which heads I should go with. The car isn't raced and I'm more intrested in the under the curve power.
Also what kind of horsepower do you think I will put down with this combo?

I currently have Lid, P&P TB, ASA Cam with all supporting mods, LT headers, ORY, GMMG catbac, and 4.10's. Oh and the car is an M6.

An LS6 intake will go on with the heads.

Also what sized chambers should I go with?

Thank you in advance for your help. The search is currently down again so I can't look for an answer.

I thought I read that the ASA was meant for the LS6 and that it made 500 rwhp? I'm sure someone will chime in that knows for sure.
Hows that thing drive on the street, any real bad mannors such as bucking stumbling, surging? I'm very interested in getting this cam, thers just something about not having to change springs all the time, and still get pretty good power. Were you happy powerwise when you threw that cam in? Seems everytime I put a cam in I'm disappointed (probably cause I go to small)

I like the 243 castings, we have put 525Hp to the ground with these heads N/A. If there ported correctly you'll make very good torque and power. As far as combustion chamber size what are you doing with the bottom end? Stock or are you building it up a bit?

I'd be happy to go over some options with you, advise is free.
