Default Need Help: Milling heads

ok, so I'm gonna send off a set of 241 heads to get port/polished for a really good price. I was also told I could also get them milled some for no extra charge if I wanted.

Now I know milling the heads will up the compression. But it will also change the PTV clearance & pushrod length correct??

So tell me if this will work or not.

heads milled 10-20 with 7.4 pushrods & a 224/.581 114 cam??

I know it wouldn't be a drastic change, but it should give it a little edge if it would work without changing pushrod length or flycutting.
