need opinions on push rods and head gaskets i am finishing my new motor, bougth shortblock with modded/stock internals, patriot stageII heads 59cc, 226/226 585 112lsa cam,
what is the best push rods for me?

You will have to do measuing in both circumstances. You will have to check PTVC to determine how small a head gasket you can run with that setup although I imagine you could run a .040 gasket and be OK. I have had good luck with Cometic gaskets.
As for pushrods you will want to buy a pushrod checking tool and measure the exact size you need.

My setup is very similar to yours. Run a stock head gasket. A smaller head gasket will give you too high of a DCR. I'm assuming that cam is on a 110 ICL. Stock length pushrods gave me .080" of lifter preload and a good swipe pattern.

opinions wanted! i was thinkin of the SLP 7'400 pusrods,
i hafe invested over 7k in this motor allready and dont want to mess it up with some minors faults,
also i need new injectors, i think i will go for 32lb's, standart bore/stroke motor, FAST 90/90 combo, fast fuel rails, what is your opinion?
and what fuel pump?

Verdad Gallardo Search around for pushrod lengths and you will find that these recommended 7.4 pushrods that all these companies recommend are wrong a lot of the time if you actually measure the length you need.
Those heads should be have stock deck size since patriot welds the chambers instead of milling and you are running a stock head gasket. Since you have a cam with a smaller base circle than stock you will need a longer pushrod than 7.4.
Like you said you already have $7K into you engine, just buy the $20 tool and measure what you need, it takes an entire 10 minutes to check. Once you have your length any hardened rod will get the job done.

hmm i will look around if someone i know has the tool, i live in iceland so i i would have to order the tool, and that could be bad, goin to race it the 17 of juny
