Heads with this Comp Cam Spec ?

Heads with this Comp Cam Spec ? I'm currently running the following Comp cam :
.523 .535, duration is .214 .224 and lobe is 114.
I noticed that Absoulte Speed and TEA has an affordable stage1/stage2 set of heads that they could match to my cam specs, does anyone know if this is even worth doing (This is a relatively mild cam) and the "possible" gains.

Re: Heads with this Comp Cam Spec ? We can set you up with a good hand ported stage1 for that cam. And they just happen to be on special in the sponsor section til Jan.1.
Stage1 Special $1100 would match that cam great!
Stage2 Special $1600 may help for future cam upgrade?

That sounds great but what kind of "potential"
gains can I expect with a matched set of heads to my cam ? Also what are the benefits of hand porting over machined which seems to be the norm for the other sponsors ?
Overall I'm trying to weigh cost versus benefit and what the benefit would be.
