true... to a point.. ive used ebay for numerous things the sponsors dont have or are way expensive.. some people have budgets.. others dont.. ebay has its place.. you just need to be careful. and some of our sponsors, do advertise on ebay as well, i have seen about 10-15 of them there..

someone makes shaft mounted ones for us but they are VERY expensive.

well, you already have 1.7 rockers. in additiion, you have 8mm bolts. factory ones bolt to a stand on which they sit on. to use these, you will have to get screw-in-studs, guideplates, and correct length pushrods. much like the vinci/crane accelerated lift rockers are. those ebay rockers are not direct replacement types.
