Default what cam is this?

well i have a buddy at work that is demodding his truck and has a cam to get rid of and if this works i may have a way to get a free cam that has been run less than a year!!

I have a 04 GTO thats going to get pacesetter LT, cold air, 3.91's and a tune when all the stuff comes in.. Now i know that ill need the rest of the stuff that goes with a cam swap like the springs, retainers and possibly pushrods, any idea what lenght to get? everything else on the car is stock.

here's the info from his cam card

Lift:
Intake @ CAM 3241 @ VALVE 551 rocker arm ratio
Exhaust@CAM 3241 @VALVE 551 1.70

Cam Timing @ .004:
Intake opens @ 27.0*BTDC closes @ 75.0*ABDC advertised dur. 282.0
Exhaust opens @ 77.0*BBDC closes @ 29.0*ATDC advertised dur. 286.0

Cam timing @ .050:
Intake opens @ 0.0 TDC closes @ 40.0*ABDC duration 220.0
Exhaust opens @ 50.0*BBDC closes @ 6.0*BTDC duration 224.0

intake max lift at 110*ATDC Exhaust @ 118*BTDC

now he says its a comp but the bottom of the card says crane so im gonna say its a crane...

So for a free cam is this thing worth the time to swap? im thinking yes
also the lift seems to be a little on the low side, what about putting 1.8 rocker arms on to bump that up?
