Default 11* head, dished piston ?

I am thinking about picking up an 11* head, ET 240's, will they work with a 14cc dished piston? The short block is an iron 402 with 14cc dish. TIA

For clarification, I was originally looking at a set with 72cc chambers, now I'm looking at a set with 59cc chambers, does that make a difference?

It makes a differnece in compression, and can also make a slight difference in P/V clearence.
The 72cc head is a as cast head and the 59cc head more then likely started as a 62cc head. They then milled 20 or so thous to get it to 59cc's, so there is very little P/V clearence difference.
There is however a huge compression difference.
