Oil Pressure too Low?

You can see my mods in my sig...MS3 cam

when I'm idling the oil pressure can drop down to 40psi

but when i just touch the gas she jumps back up to 55-60psi

this normal??

You should be fine. I'm at a shade under 40psi at idle.
