Still keeping the 12:1 Compression and 8.6 DCR with a:
224/232 .609/.595 119+2 LSA (XFI/XE-R) custom grind
At -14 * overlap this baby will be quiet
The trick here is Combo. If your overall combo is maximized (ie: matched components) you can make very good power from Stealth without all the side effects of high end drag cams, and with a bit of weight reduction in the right places, compete against standard non optimized big cams.
I always remember:

This is for the Z28, I only drove it a dozen times last year, 8 to the track included and I miss it.
The only thing I'm changing is the cam and the gears in the back. I'll just up the nitrous another 50 shot to make up for the cam and I'll add tubular everything up front for weight reduction.
BTW the 232/234 setup only got me .4 seconds better than my optimized 224/220 stealth I used to run before that (N/A), so I can equal this year's performance with my cam in there. 12.0:1 SCR and juice are a lethal combo on 370 cubes.
