get a tune and youll have no problem with the egr system removal. there are ls6 intakes on here without egr for 300 all the time.

I got my LS6 intake from SLP without the EGR. I removed all the EGR stuff and did EGR delete with LS1 edit. ZERO change in performance. The manifold from SLP was < than $400.

if you purchase the ls6 manifold, all you will need to delete the EGR is 1 block off plate for the exhaust manifold and to get the codes tuned our for egr

what state are you in ?.. just a though about the Smog police ? If would be illegal to remove it, at lease it would be here in Calif and other state that do not allow you to remove or modify any of the smog equipement.
