You already have 243 heads so those would help out. I put down 408/380 on my Z28 through a 12 bolt. My LS6 clutch was giving up the ghost when that dyno run was made because less than a month later, the whole graph shifted down 10HP. I can't wait to see what it can do with a better clutch and lighter flywheel.
Since it's for a C5 Z06, it can't be an auto and with 243 heads, that is worth a couple more ponies than 853s and 241 heads.

Grab the cometic .040 gaskets. Measure to see how much clearance you have once you get all the parts in. More than likely you will need to cut at least .060 on the intake, and .080 on the exhaust. Maybe more or less. I dont have any personal experience with that cam. Get ahold of LG, they will be more than willing to help ya out and guide you on how much you need to go.
