Correct me if I am wrong...Didnt Rageman dyno over 360 with boltons? SLP headers arent the greatest either when it comes to LT's.
Which clutch do you have?

Great numbers! That's the highest dynoing cam only car I've seen from MTI. They usually hit 380-405 rwhp, but then again your car is the first one I've heard of with the C2 cam on a bolt-on car.
That is SPECTACULAR! I too would like to know your tq. #'s and see a graph if possible

Re: Picked up 52rwhp with MTI C2 cam!
I know that I would lose a few hp with a lower gear and a 12-bolt, but the main thing that I was trying to get out was that I gained 52rwhp with the cam alone. Has anyone ever gotten more than that out of the C2 or similar cam? Whats the highest dynoing cam only car in a 6-speed? Auto? (on stock heads, including machining of the heads for dual springs) Thanks

Killer!
That cam worked like gang busters for me too.
Glad to see others enjoying that gem of a cam.
Good luck with your car!

My car put down 356/373 with all bolt ons. With my custom grind cam and cleaning up my stock heads a bit my hp went up to 403 and torque went up to 387.I have 3:73's in my 10 bolt.

Re: Picked up 52rwhp with MTI C2 cam!
When you dynoed it with all the bolt ons did it have the stock 3.42 or did you have the 3.73? If you had the 3.73 when you dynoed it internally stock and then added the cam, then you picked up some pretty good numbers. What do you mean by cleaned up the heads a bit? Im happy with my cam and its not as bad as some say it was. Ive heard mixed reviews about it, but so far so good for me.

I have a scanner and a digital camera if ya want. Just let me know and we can get the graph up. This car still looks like a sleeper.

Ill try to get the camera today, but that was my intention, to keep it looking stock and have it mildly modded. I can assure you that it put those numbers down, Ill take a pic of the graph and post it up as soon as my ole lady lets me use it. Thanks

I know that the cam that I am running isnt the biggest cam you can run with stock heads, so what is the highest dynoing cam car only out there? (stock heads, not even machining for dual springs, M6, 3.42, etc.) Thanks

I don't see why you care so much about dyno numbers, the only thing that matters is track times
If you want to find out the highest dyno cam only car do a search

Alright dude, calm down. Seems like you had a bad day. Anyhow, I was just wondering if there was a car out there pushing the same numbers as I am or more; cause if so, then Id like to see what kind of set up theyre running and what kind of track numbers theyve got. I tried doing a search already and I guess Im not typing in the correct wording. Oh well, I was just curious, no big deal. Thanks

Re: Picked up 52rwhp with MTI C2 cam!
Do you think that 420+ is possible with TSP's new lid and a true dual set up? Im running the 2 1/2" y-pipe that came with the FLP headers and off road pipes. I dynoed the car with that set up and no cut out. I hear that you can pick up some better numbers with a bigger y-pipe, but is that true for a dual set up with an x-pipe? Thanks
