Default anyone have the JRP cam install tool?

I need to rent it out...i will take care of shipping both ways

OR

What kind of dowel can I use?

just go to lowes and get two 5/16 steel dowels. i got some that were like 3ft long.

You can use a wood dowel also. It cost me a whole dollar to make the JRP tool out of wood.

I think its the JPR tool. JRP is a moderator on the forums here.

But yeah, try the dowel rod or brake line method.

I used a woodent dowel rod on mine...just put some oil on it so it wont rub and splinter off into your engine.
