Nevermind the pistons, get the LS6 H/C, intake and its an LS6. The LS6 block is also negligible over over an LS1 block. Unless you just want to make it an exact duplicate, in which case have at it.

If your looking to 'truely' have an LS6 setup, you'll also need to the LS6 Valley Cover. Since you already have an LS6 block, you wouldnt need to cut the block, simply bolt it on, and re-route the PCV hose.
