Default I still need some help picking the right cam for these heads

Ok I asked before, but I am not sure still. Right now I have a stock 2002 F-Body LS1 engine. And these are the specs for the heads.

Casting Number 241
Combustion Chamber Volume: 66.67cc
Compression Ratio: 10.1:1
Intake Port Volume: 200cc
Exhaust Port Volume: 70cc
Intake Valve Diameter: 2.00 inches
Exhaust Valve Diameter: 1.55 inches

And I am upgrading to these

Casting Number 317
Combustion Chamber Volume: 71.06cc
Compression Ratio: 10:1
Intake Port Volume: 210cc
Exhaust Port Volume: 75cc
Intake Valve Diameter: 2.00 inches
Exhaust Valve Diameter: 1.55 inches

The engine currently has this cam
198/208 .500/.500 LSA:115.5 Base circle: 19.7mm

I am looking to upgrade the cam to fit the heads better.
I am looking for a cam that I can install, install the heads, and dyno / ECU tune the engine. The heads are almost brand new, so I dont want to make any upgrades there. What cam would you recommend?

I was thinking a stock 2002 LS6 cam
204/218 .551/.547 CL:120/115 LSA:117.5 Base Circle: 19.0mm (-0.0276")
or
Crane Cams
PowerMax Hydraulic Roller Tappet Camshaft
Int/exh: 216/224
Lift: .551''/.551''
Duration: 278°/286°
RPM Range: 2200-5700
I cant find the LSA specs......

Would either of these work for me? I dont want to have to raplace pushrods, rocker arms, etc if I dont have to. Would the springs in the 317 cast heads work?

Please help

if you're pondering a smaller cam, i'd go w/ a TSP 224 or a TSP 228r.both use com XER lobes too. and i'd recommend some hardened 7.4 pushers, stock ls1's have a tendency to bend @ high rpm's. as for springs some comp 918 beehives are good up to .600 lift which will suit either of the before mentioned cams

ok good to know. I wont need rocker with those cams will I? Just rods and springs. I have a bunch of LS1/6 books a few of them say the pushrod bending is something only heard from manual transmission guys. Id dont know the exact quote but it says most of the time its cause by someone missing a shift and the rev limiter doesn't do the job due to a missed shift.

that's true, i didnt know yours was an auto. but i'd get hardend ones anyways, those two cams pull up to 6300 rpms, so i would need the reassurance. stock rockers will do fine as well.

Its actually a built up TH350, but what do you think 1.7:1 or bump up to the 1.8:1's. Im looking in summit right now, looks liek the sell their brand, and the heartland sharps. Its strange, they dont have any pushrods here in the book.

Its a shame the trick and flow cams are for 10.5:1 compression and higher... the have a 216/220 .560/.560 for $269.95, no LSA listed

1.8's may be too high. you'd have to ask when you order your cam! go to texas-speed.com. they have everything from cams, pushrods, rocker arms, valve springs. the whole 9 yards.
