Default Cammed: Nitrous or Heads next?

My ls1 is cammed, full boltons, m6, suspension, etc.

Over the next winter i would like to do another project.

I can't decide on heads or nitrous.
Its between some decent heads(id need to do more research to pick a set at this point) or a 125 wet shot kit (I like dynotune's setup so far and of course i would do all the safety things).

Basically, i feel that both will require a different rearend, i need a different clutch for sure as well. Both would require some fuel system work. I have hptuners anda wideband so i can tune both setups.

Well give me your input. Maybe some day i will have both done but i gotta decide on one first.

NITROUS KIT

look at it like this if you buy heads you might gain 30 or 40 rwhp cool whatever but with a nitrous kit you will over 500 to the wheels. nitrous will be alot of fun whenever the bottle is full. getting heads is boring lol

Agreed. Plus then you have the power constantly & don't have to fill a bottle. Then later after the heads add the nitrous for the extra edge if needed.

Since your a stick I say go with a new rear end. But if you dont want to do that go with the spray. I decided on spray first becasue heads can net 30-40hp, my nitrous kit gets me 75-200hp.

lol thanks for the posts guys but this is not much help. 50/50 and you aren't giving me much reasons other than the obvious ones.

Can anyone with specific knowledge chip in?

i say cheap heads(like some tsp 5.3s) and nitrous, all said and done you'd be in the neighborhood of what you would have spent on AFRs

but eitherway i went with nitrous before heads and i was happy with it

It's simple to me. What do you want to get out of this upgrade? If it was for the track I'd get nitrous, if it was for the street I'd get heads.

I hope this highly complex post helped in some way lol
