Blue loctite is all that is needed, and only a small drop. Holes needs to be cleaned, as with the bolts. Acetone works great. Using Red on aluminum threads is not a good idea.
The bolt you took out is called a "Socket Head" bolt. I would use the OEM "hex head" bolts for installion.
Also, next time if one is tight, apply some heat to the head of the bolt to heat the bolt up, this will break the bond on the loctite.
