Question Biggest CAM for the streets "A4"

heey guys..
I just wanna an advice for choicing a cam package,, I cant decide which cam to choice.

Its an A4 full-boltons +100 TNT wet shoot , my target is the best performance in the street racing,, its not a DD just weekends car so i dont care about the driveability i want the badest combo for that target.

its OK to hit the maximum limit for street manners cam,, i think my range is between 1500/2000 to 6300/6800

the car is not gonna go to the track that much "like twice a year so the majority street application.

NOTE:its an A4 full boltons unstalled rightnow but im gonna but YANK SS3600 with TCI Pro Super Kit during the cam swap and the main point spray 100 SHOOT of wet juice

THANX IN ADVANCE

You forget to add your budget. There are some too me is a arm and a leg but some companies like TSP(sponsor) have real good deals and make proven power.

Torquer V.3 or Magic Stick 4 are good aggressive cams from TSP. Talk to TSP about what you are looking for, they have been really helpful in answering any questions when I have done business with them.

so you want to be the best in performance on the street huh? dont think thats going to happen. no matter what theres always someone better, faster stronger. if you want a really fast car and keep your stock block i would go with a trex cam and some afr heads. also a 100 shot is nothing if you want to be the fastest. up it to 150 and get a super mean tuner to do the job. oh and also you better make sure you get all the supporting things needed like a rear end and a trans. hope this helped. oh and did i forget to say that this business is not cheap what so ever

But if you're gonna go cam only I suggest either custom or a Magic Stick, T rex, or Vindicator. All proven but I'd go custom.

Why do you care about the 1800 - 3000 rpm range if you're going to put a Yank 3600 in?

Do you run some serious rubber? A 3600 stall plus a 100 shot will be enough blow away street tires off the line.

For that narrow a powerband and just a 100 shot, try a 226/232 109 107 or a 224/232 108 108. They'll have a wicked midrange and be done by 6300 - 6500.

These cams are not to big for an auto, and with the juice they will all work well. I don't think he's intending to run a stock stall.

he said he wants the best performance and hes going with a yank ss3600 so he said. a 224 is not a big cam at all BUT with some set ups they show some good numbers. i still say go with the ms4 on a 111lsa... it will sound mean as hell and will work nicely with the 3600 converter.

A 224 cam with a 3600 stall converter is a pretty typical, street friendly, daily driver combination. I presume this is with stock heads, so there's quite a bit of power left on the table.

If it's for street racing, and it's not a daily driver, then definately don't hold back. I wouldn't use anything less than a 236 cam for this application.

I'd go 3600 since your going to be spraying. I would seriously consider having Predator Z or Patrick G hook you up with a custom grind cam. Good luck!

it will love the bottle and a 3600 converter. What gears are you putting behind it?
