if these heads have been milled 30 thousands will they still fit with ms4 or will it require flycutting?

with an ms4 you need to flycut anyway. anything bigger than an ms3 needs to be cut. thats just me being on the conservative side of pcv clearance being .080-.100.

You dont need to flycut with MS4 With stock heads.

Get the TSP PRC STG 1 LS6 heads the car will be a beast and you dont need to flycut with those.
I just took ride last night in A4 z28 with MS4 and that heads it pulls like a freaking train.

well i know you dont need to flycut on stock heads, and i had read that you didnt either for the 5.3 stage 1.5 but these have been milled thats why i was wondering, i had sent a question to tsp but no answer and seller is waiting on me. once flycut will running the 150 shot b too much for the pistons?
