Default Project_SS meets Vengeance Racing

Look what the UPS truck brought for Project SS. My brother and I finally decided it was time to stick a cam in, but we wanted to go with something different than the norm. SO, we gave Vengeance Racing a call and spoke with Ron. After a brief discussion we selected their Vindicator cam along with a ported FAST intake. The ported intake will go on later after we get the SS dyno'd with the current setup and the cam. Big thanks to the guy's at Vengeance Racing.

Now we just need to finish installing it and get the SS ready for the track and see what's in store for it.

I bet it will be in the 10.2-10.3 range without the ported 90. Probably see 10.1-10.2 once its installed.

Started off with the weight reduction list, door mods.,all manual windows/locks/mirrors. We modified the wiring trimmed & shaved or removed brackets, Modified the steering wheel, seat and brackets. Bought lightweight wheels & brakes Some of the stuff removed doesn't weigh much but in the end adds up. Whenever we did something that ended up adding weight (rollbar) we off set it by digging to find more to remove. Recommend investing in some good quality spot weld cutters and have allot of time and patience. Here some posts just have to read through them.
