Anyone have a pushrod install write-up?
1) Remove valvecovers
2) remove rockers
3) remove pushrods
4) install new pushrods after soaking in oil
5) reinstall rockers & torque to I believe 22ft/lbs(check on ls1howto.com for the correct spec)
6) reinstall vlavecovers
Your done. It's very straight forward.

Only thing i can add to this for a first timer is be careful, some of the edges on the heads are dam sharp!

Just unplug your spark plug wires from the packs, unplug the main harness for the packs & each individual pack harness, unbolt coil pack bracket & remove as (1) whole piece.
I also only use 2-3 of the bracket bolts upon reinstalling & you'll understand why after you finally get all the bolts out the first time, LOL. Using 2-3 is plenty enough to hold them on the valvecovers.
This proceedure was scaned from the 1998 service manual. Using cam sprocket timing marks.

I just torqued them all down & then cranked the motor over by hand to make sure everything was operating properly. Haven't had a single issue yet & still no valvetrain noise after daily driving it for 2000 miles.
Since your lifters are already primed and full of oil you should be OK...
