two cams i would think about? 1. 220/224 .585/.576 114+4
2. 224/224 .576/.576 112+5
both of these would be custom grind crane hr5 lobe stuff. the first cam makes strong trq. from 2400-5800, and peaks at 6000. the second cam make good midrange+ trq, and 385+hp with a peak of 6200. i have used both of these grinds in 2 cars, with the same or less mods than what you have, and they drive very well and make great torque.

try chainging your mods, or run 230+ duration @.050 and you will achieve your 400hp, but it will be a peaky motor.

Since your exhaust is better than your intake (ratio-wise), I'd stick with a single pattern cam.

230/230 .612/.604 111LSA +4 advance (Comp XFI lobes)
