Bigger Is Not Better!!!!!!!!!
Your running the 1/8, so you like the "Lil" tracks w/ "Big" cams
LOL
Hey I like my "Lil" cam, and I was close to "400", im looking into a FAST 90/90 next, then I'm buying some nice heads and I should be at 450rwhp by next summer!

I also run AC w no problems, and I never have to worry about my springs for another 40-50k miles.

Bigger is not always better, but why the hell do guys build 408's and ****?? cuz bigger is better. LSx>big block rule still apply.

In the end it's all about personal preference & what you can live with or without to get the power you want. Me personally, I went smaller make tuning simpler, keep my A/C, stay somewhat stealthy & have the exact driveability I did stock. So far I absolutely love my choice & am glad I went the route I did.
On the street, the car drove like a dream and pulled like a raped ape when I wanted it to.I never had a problem with hunting for idle on start up be it cold or hot. Driveability was smooth, A/C worked great etc.
I honestly think it all depends on the tuning, personal preferences, and the combo as a whole.

i second that my car drives llike stock and pulls hard just no ac still need a ac line i broke it pulling the radiator out doing the cam install

g5x3 114 for about a year...blew my motor
then went with a t-rex
now i sold that motor bought a 408 and a 257/266 110 lsa cam.
wen i was cam only with my g5x3 i raced a cam only 224 and we were even from 25 mph-65mph. that convinced me that bigger was goddamned better. this was with an ls1 intake and stock cats with leaking headers.
