Based on the clip it sounds like a rod bearing. But since your oil pressure is up, I dunno. Im gonna go with rod bearing though

What about the o-ring on the oil pump? Should I check it?

sounds like a rocker arm to me (even though you said it was good) can you take the valve cover off and run it to find which one it is. maybe pick up a stethoscope.

I had a rod bearing go out on my and it made almost the same exact noise, the crank had worn so bad the piston was tapping the cyl head. i still had almost perfect oil pressure too...

I had the same problem not too long ago, but it's not the same ticking this guy is experiencing.

Could be a loose spark plug , certaintly wouldn't hurt to check if not , it does sound very similar to a bad valve guide. Engine noises can be hard to diagnose sometimes without tearing them apart.
Good luck

If you figure out what it is let me know as well. Mine is not as bad as what i am hearing in your video but I do have a distinct tick on the drivers side of my car. We were suspecting a lifter but have not taken the head off yet. We did check the push rods and retorqued the rockers.

Glad you got it fixed and reported back. One more thing people can check. Most people fix the problem and move on. You never here the fix...
