Roller rockers, advice
OK i got a tsp cam, 233/239 .598/.603 112LSA And i was wondering A) how much h/p on average do roller rockers pick up over stock with 1.7 ratio. And B, do you think instead of goin to 1.8 or 1.85:1, i could pull off a simple 1.75:1 change, making the lift .616/.621?

you can't go 1.8 or 1.85 with that cam...ramp rates are too steep.
just swapping the stockers for full roller 1.7 rockers....probably not much....5hp?
the 1.75s should work...or i've heard them working. but even then you'd only pick up maybe 10hp.

if you keep the same heads as what the stockers are on...than pushrods and torque specs should not change.
with new heads...who knows. best bet is to buy a length checker...why guess.
oh...and what heads are you talking about??

If your stock rockers aren't taking a dump, I personally wouldn't mess with them. I tried some roller rockers some time ago and they were more trouble than what they're worth (improper tolerences, hex socket needed, having to mount them, properly torque down, etc.).
