Are your PRC's the old version that this poll is about... from this 2007 thread that you dug up from the dead. Or do you have the new ones that came out sometime last year. Which have nothing to do with this old thread.

I have a 04 automatic transmission GTO with a stock converter and fuel injectors. I recentlly has installed a set of Kook's full length headers with catted mids, K&N cold air intake, SLP Loudmouth exhaust, Texas Speed 224/224 .581/.581 Camshaft with PRC Stage 2.5 cylinder heads, PTM 92mm throttle body, FAST 92mm ported intake manifold, a double Rollmaster timng chain, and a TSP ported oil pump. On the dyno my car made 397hp and 379tq. Don't know if this helps, just trying to give a little information.

If the OP is going to go to a 383 or larger maybe he should consider the Dart 225's. Everyone Ive seen with them loves em!

the dart 225's have "meat in all the right places" and can be ported to be the most badass cathedral port heads there are if you know who the right person is...... It will cost you though.......

i made well over 450 rwhp with my 5.3's NA, they are a awesome head in my opinion. i know a few other cars that run these same heads and made around 430 through a4's.
