RMS 346 is back in action...DYNO RESULTS!

After too much stuff to do and opening a new location at RMS we finally got around to getting the formula back together and dynoed with AWESOME results!

Specs of engine:

RMS stage 2 5.7 heads milled .030 with 987 springs
RMS custom grind...big *** cam.
RMS ported throttle body
RMS tuning
SLP lid
SLP MAF
SLP bellows
LS6 intake
Yella Terra 1.7 rockers
SVO 30# injectors
Dynatech headers
True dual exhaust with Hpipe

RMS Shortblock consisting of:
Diamond pistons 11.75/1 compression (Thanks Chris @Diamond)
Eagle rods
Stock crank
LS6 block bored .005 over
Rollmaster timing chain with torrington bearing

Results were 463rwhp, 418rwtq!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes this was though a MOser 12 bolt and 315 nittos!!!

Can't wait to take this thing to the track Weds!!!

WOW, looking at your setup, my motor is basically the same combo. Eagle rods, diamond pistons ect. What CC are your combustion chambers and how big of a cam? You on 5.3's or Ls6s?

Actually they are only 5.7 heads milled .030 and we used 30# SVO injectors.

We are going to buy a scanner today and hopefully get the graph up today.

and yes we would dyno this on another dynojet to back the numbers!

awesome results! looks like your custom grind cam not only made great peak horsepower but ALSO made great TORQUE! i bet it feels like a beast! look out, people are gonna be burning up your phone for this can.

Cool deal, did the porter do any welding in the chambers to reduce the CC or did you get the extra compression through a thinner head gasket, dome piston,etc.? It took my solid roller setup 55-56cc chambers to get around that compression (11.5-11.6:1).

I can't wait to see track time!! 10s will be definitely possible!
