High Milage LS1 power?

I made 340 misfiring on an untuned exhaust only car through a 12 bolt and 120k on it. I pulled the motor and decided to look into it, had no bearings at all. Made no noise...and had 340 at the wheels with a lid, headers and a 12 bolt...

high milage power my 2000 ws6 has 160 thousand miles on it and still has all of its power. i know this cause i whoop on z28 with about half the miles. (stock to stock) but i do notice a small amount of smoke when i first start it frome time to time. no matter im going to forge it and do heads and cam later i wanna see how far this old motor takes me.
