Default Doing H/C Swap, Ok to Drive Without a Tune??

It will be just for one day to take it out and make sure all is good, but I am putting my ported LS6 heads and a 233/239 cam in, will it be ok to drive it tonight? Just dont want to hurt anything, it goes in for a tune on tuesday...

You have no idea of knowing if your running lean or rich and both can hurt. I would resist the urge to drive it to much until its properly tuned. You'll need to drive it to the tuner but I wouldnt drive it to much before that and dont beat the crap out of it til its tuned

I would only drive it to the tunner. You should need new injectors with that set up too.

I have a G5x3 cam, ported ls6 heads and was right on the limit for the injectors so you should be fine. I also drove it to the tunner 200 miles away with no problems, just kept it under 3000rpms

Make sure to check the plugs before it's tuned
