Uhhh. You must be confused. A big cam like that gives up low end for top end. That 224 is going to be much stronger on the bottom end than what the MS4 will be. If it was as easy as the bigger the better then picking a cam wouldn't be so hard. Cams are a compromise.

rock WS6 im not confused i have an MS4 and it males plenty of torque, you need to look and the difference in operating range for the cams, the 224 will be a great street cam, but the MS4 makes more trq, just at a higher rpm, the 224 will be a much more streetable cam for sure

You said that it would produce more power throughout the whole rev range, not sure if that's what you meant to say but that's incorrect. It would make more on the big end of that I would have no doubt but throughout the whole rev range, don't think so.

Check out the media section and type in 10.36.... it should bring up John's pass in his silver TA. Its an Iron 370 with an MS3 cam and Patriot Stage III heads with a FAST 90/NW 90 and a 125 shot. just check him out and look at his set up, pretty good little combo and he drives the thing around a bit too.. I dont know if he has had it dynoed, but the proof is in the pudding, you can WATCH him run a 10.36 right here on tech.

well, in his defense, you had better hold on to something... he was running the little 3.23 gears with that car in a 10 bolt... if he had a gear that would match that cam, it would have been MUCH stronger, but that cam only, 200 shot time is sick... ESPECIALLY with a manual. I would be DAMN proud of that time!

Well, heres the thing benny boy... im sorry for being kind of a *****, but honestly, boasting a bogus dyno number about your car is lame, and its one of my BIGGEST pet peeves... Great, you have an LPE package... its got worked over 241 heads, your LS6 intake, and a few other goodies, but its not a 500 whp kit... and swapping your 224 cam in place of their cam probably didnt make any power... post up a dyno graph from YOUR car with those mods, and show me it made 495 Rear Wheel horsepower... then I will shut up.

I Made 430 Rwhp Thru A 4000 Stall(unlocked) So You Could Say 450-470 Rwhp (m6 Car)
And Thats Good Power.....
Btw I Spin To 6700 With A Ms3 Which Actually Revs Higher Than The Ms4

lol, he says CLEARLY and in upper case letters(lol) that he made that number to the rear, which I am assuming he means rear wheels... more like pulled that number out of his rear....
