if your a six speed 4.11+ if your going with something like a trex cam with lots of top end id look at 4.30-4.56 gear
with an auto id get 3.75......but thats depending on what stall your running

I know there are some members on here, with a little more maturity than myself, I suppose, who are trying to make this an intelligent thread, but for god sakes, you just have to rip on a guy who toots his own horn as much as this guy... You can tell me you made 700 horsepower to the wheels with a 50 shot for all I care, thing is, you never post any proof, and thats why no one takes you seriously. On a forum like this, you cant just make these larger than life claims, and expect everyone to just take your word for it...

here it is...
Lingenfelter cnc porting and polishing of cylinder heads
comp cams valve springs
2.02" stainless intake/ 1.57" stainless exhaust valves
three angle valve job
lingenfelter roller cam( which has been replaced by his 224 Thunder cam)
ported/polished throttle body
port matched intake manifold (ls6 manifold)
corsa exhaust
whisper lid and K&N filter
dyno testing and tuning (which is now compromised because of the install of the thunder cam)
So basically, it might be similar to adding a 224 cam to an LS6 ( they make about the same output, 425 BHP, vs. 420 BHP....
Its probably a VERY fun car, but its not a show stopper and it would probably respond very well to nitrous, but on the motor, its not going to stop the presses....
Great company, and Im not bashing them at all, Im just saying that its not a big number maker... 420 horse at the flywheel, thats what it is talking about... not to the wheels... I dont care what he says. I also agree, his jive turkey typing is beyond annoying.
