No you do not have to replace the lifters. i went MS3 and i had 107k when i did the swap and so far so good. And as far as peak power try not to shift over around 6200 to 6300. Over 6500 rpm the rod bolts stretch unless you have a 01 and up block.

MTI x1, and the TR 230/224....are perfect if you want 400rwhp on stock heads and they lope great, only problem is with a low lsa and limited duration on the exhaust side , i wouldnt spray just my opinion

Tightening LSA opens the exhaust later which hurts power on NOS and it also closes the intake earlier which increases cylinder pressure down lower in the rpm band but may even reduce power overall depending on the engine. With the compression you have I can't imagine needing too tighten LSA or advance the cam much at all! Tightening LSA also increases overlap which is also NOT where you want to go on a nitrous set up unless you have huge exhaust and even then 110 is too tight. It is just increasing reversion.
I would have a cam probably much wider in LSA with a fairly large split to the exhaust side in duration. You need to size your exhaust lobe such that it can handle along with your headers and exhaust system the power you are aiming to make on NOS.

I've always liked your cam specs and wouldn't mind having it with a 112 lsa. You put down some very good numbers. That would be great to make 400+

With my cam on a 112+2 you will 6* of overlap
With my cam on a 112+4 you will 6* of overlap
But the VE are different. my cam on a 110+4 has 10* of overlap
So what are you thinking then?
