There were new scorpions at PRI that are supposed to be released that are now thicker in the rear where these broke previously. Don't know anymore than that though.

Sounds like they recognized they had an issue with the design.

i just added 1.7 to my 2000 trans am and they float at 6000 rpms so i took them off and the float is gone. not a fan of scorpion
