Call TSP and talk to Jason about sending your current heads back while whatever SB you descide on is being put together and let him rework your heads to work with that new SB. Thats what I did! It worked out pretty good!

I'm thinking new lsx block,427" with ported 99 ls1 heads, stock intake(or LS6)and headers for my Camaro.I want to keep my stock 3.23 gears and converter, and build a torque monster.I would like it to idle like stock, anyone have an opinion what cam I should go with?Would this combo work for a street car?

Call me an idiot, but i would definately get the H/C/I (hell thats what i did). There is no problem investing in a good top end, and adding the bottom end later. Hell, you might decide that you like the feel of the H/C/I car. I know I love mine and am considering staying this way. Of course, I have only had it for less than a week so I may be bored with it eventually.
