Default Bang for Buck N/A Power Addition

I have a Heads and Cam LSx 82' Corvette making about 380 RWHP (Mustang Dyno). I'm thinking to continue with the High Compression Naturally Aspirated theme for the crack throttle response and reliability, but wouldn't mind upping the power.

I'm considering upgrading:
-Rockers w/ stock 1.7 Ratio (best candidate Vinci Crane)
-Lifters (best candidate GM Caddy Lifters)
-Gear driven timing (no candidate, probably just gravy?)
- Headers (best candidate Bassani Tri-y Style Headers)

I drive on the street, though not sooo much, but I want a strong performer at both the drag strip and road course.

My guess in order would be
1 - Headers
2- Rockers
3 - Lifters
4 - Timing

no, ls7 lifters... that 224 cam will never see 7500 rpms, let alone 8, so you are better off with the vastly cheaper, ls7 lifters.
The rockers are not going to make a bit of difference, save for a more stable valvetrain..
the timing isnt going to make a difference. The headers are an awesome buy with these engines. Good gains.
you could also consider cut outs, for the headers, and depending on the set up, an x shaped crossover or an h shaped crossover (if you dont already have one).
Honestly, if you wanted a big gain in performance, on the cheap, NITROUS... 380 hp to the wheels is plenty, but if you wanted to be fast at the drag strip, its hard to beat nitrous for the money.

So you have a heads/cam setup being choked by manifolds? Get the rest of the supporting bolt-ons installed, re-tune, and see where your at.
