Like I told you before, I wish I had your talent, I'm lucky to own a piece of your art.
Thanx man, I figured you would have or was going to in some point in time for that reason since you do it right on building a combination. I was actually concerned since I hadnt heard any #s but figured that like other stuff Ive done all over the country/world, no news is good news lol. Ill keep my eyes peeled for the outcome

that's cool, but i'm sure you could have your heads TUNED up a little, by an experienced LS1 head porter. like al keller@LPE, greg good, brain tooley@TEA, bo white, ls1tech sponsors, etc.......

they are supposed to be stage 2 but i doubt it..i bought them from someone else..i think they are the stage 1.5 if they are tea heads. the high lift flow was actually pretty good but the low lift numbers could be better. I may pick up some different heads, not sure yet.

high 220's to mid-upper 230's IMO, and from what I've used and seen.

Since the heads were off I had Tony Mamo touch up my 205 heads a tad. This is what they flowed on a 3.9 " bore. ....................................

Big thanks Tony! This street car pulls and feels stronger now but I still have to get it to a dyno so I can get a comparo.

would 224/230 .581/.588 114 or 225/229 .580/.590 114 work well on ported 243's?

3 years ago I had some well known heads flowed and they were way below the advertised numbers. 2 months ago I watched some AFR 225's actually flow higher than the advertised number, but it was on a 4.00" bore. That was on a SF 600 flow bench.

Be careful, I already had these heads for a while and then decided to have them ported since they were off the car. I might be wrong but It might not be cost effective to buy a new set of AFR 205's and then have them ported, That might be a lot of $$ for the performance you get. It may be better to buy just to buy the 225's instead. I would talk to Tony first and see what he thinks. Out of the box AFR 205's are definitely worth the extra money IMO on a 347 CI engine though.
