So if my pressure right now sits at 20psi hot, will it go up a little bit with the new pump??

you will probably see a 10psi increase.
this is what i got when i swapped my pump.
use a mechanical gauge if you are worried about oil psi.
but don`t panic lower psi is not always a sign of bad things.

Right now ive got a pretty bad oil leak from my oil pan. While I was in there I was going to put in a better pump. I had put in a new LS6 pump in there about 19 months ago when i did the cam swap. I just want something a little bit better in there. You know what i mean!!

I have a motor with 185K on it, I talked to Ligenfelter Perf. about oil pumps. They recommended the 10296 pump. The orings have nothing to do with PSI. There are 2 kinds of pick up tubes, one oring for each tube. The instructions are very clear.
