For the street I say x1 and more race oriented I say V1, I really like the specs on that V1 but the x1 is a proven performer with those heads. That was the combo I was going to go with if i stayed N/A. Did allot of research and talked to few on here with that combo, its more a performing combo at the track than on the dyno to say the least. Which should matter more than bragging rights. Can't go wrong with either, x1 will be more of a torque monster down low and if you get the V1, degree it +2. You'll be satisified with both I think. Just focus on getting some nice heads too. Good luck!

im thinking of the v1 also. but i want to see more numbers and track times with that cam.. it looks like a good cam. but that x1 is a badass proven cam though. everybody i know that has ran that cam all have dipped into the 10's.. plus they all loved the x1 too.. hopefully mti can post more dyno numbers on the x1 and the new v1.

X1 here...love it 119mph traps on street tires and stock rear. numbers in sig. I atually lost a little tq when i milled and P/P my stock heads. plus i changed the tune for nitrous. best dyno numbers I put down was 415rwhp and 408rwtq.

When i buy some real heads i will more than likely change cams

from what i've been reading on this site, peak trq is around 4000 to 5000 rpms, (which is usually close or above 400) which is super awesome for anyone who has a 4000 rpm stall or a b.a.m.f. launch with a stick

Well, I talked to MTI last week and a person working there said they were running a special, the heads/cam for a certain price, so basically the deal was I would be getting the cam for free. So the next day I called back and one sales person knew nothing about the deal and told me to call back and speak with the person I originally spoke to. So I called twice later that day and he was never there. Then I called two days later and he still didn't answer so I left a message about how I wanted to do the deal. After numerious phone calls and emails I have not herd back from them. Guess I will take my business elsewhere.
