on MTI site, it seems like all the customer cars that are running the 2E/X1 setup are all putting down 430-440 rwhp range!

I saw those numbers on there site but those numbers seam a little low to me since cam only cars are making 410 nowadays. Is there alot of power under the curve (midrange) or usable hp?? Thanks Troy

That cam has been around for a while, but its a proving cam that does well. Like he said, don't worry about dyno numbers, especially through an A4

its a brand new cam!! probably havent updated it yet. also, the 2e/x1 is a stout combo.. look up wilwaxu, beardws6.. those guys all have ran 10's with the x1 cam. also wilwaxu is running 10s on that same setup.. im also thinking of that setup.

My best mph was 121.73. I don't pay too much attention to dyno #'s.

BTW, I REALLY like my auto!! lol

In this case I would go with our new V1 camshaft which is designed to be used with a set of ported/aftermarket heads versus our reverse split X1 which is better suited for a stock headed/intake application. The V1 specs are 230/232 .592 .595 111LSA and we have had very solid dyno and track results using this cam.

what would be the reason to use a v1/2e over x1/2e. power in different rpm's? is one more streatable then the other? what is the major diff between the two?? besiedes standard vs. reverse split. or do you use differrnt heads. also do you have to do more supporting mods to run this combo????

Reverse split cams are better suited for stock headed applications while traditional split cams work better with a ported head setup.

Driveability and Idle are very similar, peak power is at about 6500 with both.
