March here, no problems walking belts or anything and I don't notice any issues with the alternator being underdriven.

SLP/Powerbond. It cant be worse than stock so why not. I went 12.50 with bolt ons and nittos. It adds up.

Had a Powerbond (25% UD), replaced it with an ATI Superdamper (stock diameter). The superdamper is what will stay on my car.

I considered that one as well, but if i remember correctly it uses a steel housing and was noticeably heavier than the Fluidamper.

We have them in stock for $179, same as SLP. Better quality then a ASP, and far above the professional products junk.

I have a powerbond, but I think I payed more than $179. I think I bought it over a year ago from Byunspeed.

Good info, but tell us WHY. I am trying to bring myself to buy a new crank pulley right now, but just haven't seen anybody increase track times with one. What's your reason for the ATI over the Powerbond?

Well, some of the reasons are personal, and seems like more and more people on here are quick to jump down my throat for posting such information, but since you asked:

1. The Powerbond pulley I had was uncoated, and looked like a rusted hunk of **** in my engine bay. I don't pride myself on a clean engine bay, but at the same time, I don't like anything detracting from the look as soon as you open the hood. Compared to my nice electric water pump, Katech tensioner, Turn One power steering pump and pulley, etc, it looked out of place.

2. I have no real need for an underdrive pulley with my accessory drive setup. The Turn One pump already pumps less fluid than the stocker did (that's how it keeps the fluid temps down), I have an underdrive pulley on my alternator to keep its RPMs down during WOT passes and such, and I have an electric water pump.

3. The ATI Superdamper seems to be the damper of choice among the engine building elite, and I wanted a nice damper if I was gonna replace the Powerbond.

4. I plan on building a bigger engine down the road with at least a 4" stroke, and I wanted to have a damper that would keep vibrations to a minimum if I'm gonna be spending that kinda coin on an engine.

That's really it. Number 2 was the deciding factor on why I didn't do the Superdamper in a 10% underdrive.

Same here, and it's SFI approved as well.

I chose "asp or other aftermarket balancer", but, I have the March pulley which has fluid in it.

My ASP fell apart after about 5 years. Got a March now and it looks like a higher quality piece but I have only had it in about 6 months.

Fluidamper is supposed to be good (and expensive!) but they only offer an 10% underdrive and I wanted a 25%. This underdrive frees up more horsepower but also makes your accessories last longer if you spin your motor up high often.
