It is hard to put a horsepower rating on something when so many other things come into factor. We have used these components in builds in the 1000 RWHP range without an issue. Of course tuning, machining, and assembly all play vital role in and engines performance.

As long as everything else is right that will not be a problem. Let me know what you are looking to build and I am sure I can help with getting that rotating assembly properly mated into a block for ya!

Can I get the following information for the 4.00" stroke, 4.00" bore, -8cc piston kit?
1. What is the compression height on the piston
2. What is the piston top O.D.?
3. What is the measurement from the piston crown to the top of the first ring?
4. Who's coatings are used for the optional skirt and crown coatings?
5. Are the wrist pins straight or taper wall?
Thanks in advance.

2. The piston top O.D. is .054 smaller than the bore at the very top of the top land.
3. .260 with .165 second. Second land is not sacrificed for the top.
4. We use a local coating company that does excellent work for us.
5. Straight are standard, taper walls can be added on.
If I missed anything, please let me know.

Also, are the pistons 2618 or 4032? What's the recommended piston-to-wall clearance for a naturally aspirated application?
