Car idles rough, has no power after h/c install
My heads/cam have been on my car for about a week and a half now. After i put a few miles on the setup, it was idling smooth and felt nice under WOT and its been fine until yesterday... Now it has no power and stalls constantly, shakes at idle, and feels like its missing under acceleration. It ran fine for over a week... what did i mess up??

The car is untuned. But it wasn't doing this until yesterday. I was also thinking maybe the spark plugs? I checked all the wires and they are fine. Anything else?

they keep the motor grounded. read a article in a super chevy mag one time. guys throttle cable in his 80s camaro kept locking or freezing up every few days turns out his grounds were off and all the currwnt running through the motor was going through his throttle cable instead of being grounded and welding his throttle cable together. crazy huh. make sure they are there

Hopefully it is nothing internal but for safety sake what did the PTVC look like. It sounds like it is possible you could have slightly bent a valve but if you did that would be worst case scenario. If you know you were good on the clearance then I would spend more time hunting down the little things.

Positive my PTVC was fine. I scanned it and there are 4 codes:
p0140 - 02 sensor ckt no activity (bank 1 sensor 2)
p0160 - 02 sensor ckt no activity (bank 2 sensor 2)
p0300 - random/multiple cylinder misfire
p0405 - EGR flow sensor A circuit low input
I can explain the 02 sensor codes and the EGR code, because i havent had rear 02's or EGR for about a year, but the car has not had a problem. But i'm not sure about the cylinder misfire. Could my front 02's be going bad? Anyone have any suggestions?

I don't think its the tune I think something is wrong. Driving untuned is not ideal but its not quite the horrible experience everybody makes it out to be. It still shouldn't miss and sputter. Tune or no tune.
