I too am in want of a replacement timing set, mine is for a 2004 LQ4. My Chevy dealer will sell me the LS2 for $100, but I was looking at SDPC they have a RollMaster Double Roller with Torrington bearind and oil pump spacer for $114.That sounds like a steal? Has anyone used this T-set in a LQ4 any issues?

I just purchsed (among some other things) a timing set and pump from Sponser Byunspeed:
- Cloyes Hex-A-Just® True® Roller Timing Set $169.69 PN:9-3153A
- Melling LS1 & LS6 Performance Oil Pump, High Volume (18% Increase) $139.95 PN:10296
I haven't installed yet, but hope to have no issues. I'm all about doing it right the first time, and only one time, which is why I went with these parts.
